"Lama" tells the story of Paula, a survivor of Mariana's Dam Disaster who helped hundreds of people to run away from their village, Bento Rodrigues. Paula and her son, João Pedro, become refugees in Mariana, where they try to start a new life after seeing their home destroyed by the mud.
