In the summer of 1993, a group of Bosnian refugees fled to Sweden due to the war in Bosnia. The Swedish Red Cross places refugees in a pavilion for migrants. Among them is a middle-aged married couple Derviša and Adem. In the migrant pavillion, Derviša meets a Swedish woman, Ingrid, whose husband, a migrant, was killed.
