When they reach Copenhagen Charlie donates Hugo to the Zoo, where he makes friends with a young urban fox called Rita. Izabella hires thugs to break into the Zoo and steal Hugo. He escapes and with Rita's help he manages to negotiate the streets of Copenhagen, dodge Izabella's hirelings and finally board a ship bound for his jungle home.
